Berkley Bloodworth

Berkley Bloodworth serves as a Senior Associate on Brennan Investment Group’s Florida team, where he focuses on sourcing new investment opportunities throughout Southeast Florida. His territory includes Palm Beach, Dade, and Broward counties, with primary markets in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach.

Prior to joining Brennan, Berkley was Vice President of Acquisitions at Redfearn Capital, a Delray Beach-based private equity real estate investment firm with over $400 million of assets under management across more than 3 million square feet in three states. At Redfearn, he was responsible for sourcing new acquisitions, underwriting investment opportunities, and leading due diligence processes. His previous experience includes roles with Avison Young’s Capital Markets Group in Fort Lauderdale and Marcus & Millichap in Orlando.

Berkley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University’s College of Business. He is an active member of both ULI-Young Leaders and NAIOP.
