Bryan Schultz is a Principal of Brennan Investment Group. He is responsible for industrial property investments in the Western United States, with a primary focus on Northern California.
Bryan has previously held leadership roles managing commercial real estate acquisitions at institutional advisors, fund operators and developers, where he has executed more than $5B in value-add and ground-up development transactions.
At regional developer March Capital, Bryan was responsible for sourcing, business development, underwriting, diligence and financing development projects across CA and TX. At middle-market equity platform RealtyShares, he oversaw a 10-person acquisitions team that executed more than $2B GAV in commercial real estate deployments across the US. Previously, Bryan led the West Coast acquisitions team at BlackRock where he executed more than $1B in institutional and middle-market industrial and multifamily transactions. At Deutsche Bank/RREEF (DWS), he was a VP responsible for more than $1B in industrial acquisitions, as well as project management and portfolio management of a separate account for CalPERS focused on infill development in CA. Prior to RREEF, Bryan was a project manager for Hines, where he oversaw ground-up spec and BTS office developments in TX and AZ. Bryan started his career at JE Robert as an analyst for the Whitehall real estate opportunity funds.
Bryan has a B.S. degree from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University.
