Erica Olivetti

Erica Olivetti is a Property Manager on our Midwest Operations Team in the Indianapolis office.  She is responsible for managing a portion of the Midwest team’s portfolio consisting of 5 buildings, totaling close to 1 million SF and 21 tenants across Ohio.  Erica is responsible for driving the operational and financial success of her properties and developing and maintaining relationships with tenants ensuring service quality and adherence to company standards.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Erica began her real estate career in the multi-family residential sector working for Samuel Geltman and Company.  During her nearly 15-year tenure with Geltman and Company, Erica managed the overall operations of a 398-unit apartment community in the Indianapolis area.  In that role, Erica lead and executed marketing activities to achieve occupancy goals, managed and monitored all property repairs, improvements, and expenses ensuring budget compliance, and hired, trained, and evaluated property staff to promote the highest level of service to residents.

Erica earned her BS in Marketing from Western Governors University.
