We are seeking a Leasing Associate to join our team at Brennan Investment Group! The Leasing Associate position supports the operations/asset management function of a private real estate investment firm focused on achieving outstanding risk adjusted returns through acquiring, developing and operating industrial properties on a national platform. The Leasing Associate is responsible for the overall leasing and operations functions for assigned properties in the Chicago/Midwest industrial markets. Overview:
We are seeking an Investment/Asset Management Analyst to join our fast-growing team! The Investment/Asset Management Analyst role supports the real estate investment function of Brennan Investment Group (BIG), a privately held industrial real estate investment firm which acquires, develops, and operates industrial properties in select major metropolitan markets throughout the United States. The Investment/Asset Management Analyst will assist in the discovery, underwriting and organization of various pending property acquisitions within assigned region(s). Additionally, the Investment/Asset Management Analyst provides asset management, financial analysis, property management and lease administration support in the management of a portfolio. If you have strong analytical skills and a passion for real estate, we’d love to have you on board!

— Work with deal team on the creation of new Investment Memorandums
— Gather market intel and comp support for new acquisitions
— Assist in tenant credit analysis
— Reach out to Market Officer(s) for new pipeline information
— Update and distribute Excel spreadsheet for bi-weekly pipeline call
— Review operating statements to confirm correct expense information is inputted into ARGUS models
— Review leases to confirm correct terms are inputted into ARGUS models
— Research property taxes and compare to underwriting
— Bachelor’s degree required; BS degree with concentration in finance and/or real estate highly preferred
— Master’s degree in real estate, business administration, or related field preferred.
