Christopher Appleby

Christopher Appleby serves as an Investment Analyst at Brennan Investment Group, supporting the acquisition of industrial real estate assets primarily across the Midwest, with the ability to underwrite opportunities nationwide. He plays a key role in sourcing and underwriting industrial investment opportunities, leveraging in-depth market and tenant credit research at both local and national levels. He leads the preparation of Investment Committee materials and contributes to team development by mentoring analysts and interns, helping to elevate the group’s overall analytical and execution capabilities.

Prior to joining Brennan, Christopher worked for a Boston-based real estate development firm, where he was involved in the acquisition, development, leasing, and asset management of a 2.5 million square foot industrial portfolio. His experience spans both ground-up development and value-add strategies.

Christopher holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from Clemson University. He brings a well-rounded background in acquisitions, development, and asset management to the firm.
