Darius Fair

Darius Fair is a Property Manager at  Brennan Investment Group, overseeing the operation and financial performance of industrial properties in the Atlanta/Georgia market.

Darius brings extensive experience in managing diverse real estate portfolios. Most recently, he served as a Property Manager at Link Logistics, overseeing more than 5 million square feet of industrial space across 38 properties in Atlanta. There, he handled day-to-day operations for tenants that included Amazon, DHL, Caterpillar, and Tesla. Previously, he spent nearly seven years with Sunizo LLC, managing a mixed portfolio of retail, office, and warehouse assets across Georgia and Florida.

His real estate career began in brokerage after earning his real estate sales license in the late 2000s. Over time, he transitioned into property management, leveraging his understanding of both the brokerage and operations sides of the business.

Darius holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Georgia Perimeter College and is a licensed Broker in Georgia and South Carolina.
