Matt Field

Matt Field is a Senior Vice President at Brennan Investment Group, based in Phoenix, where he is responsible for sourcing and executing industrial investment opportunities and helping grow Brennan’s presence throughout the Phoenix market.

Matt brings approximately 15 years of commercial real estate experience and has been involved in more than $7 billion of real estate transactions and financings throughout his career. Prior to joining Brennan, he held investment and leadership roles with Bridge Investment Group, Ryan Companies US and Douglas Emmett.

Matt’s experience spans acquisitions, dispositions, development capitalization and financing, with significant expertise in industrial real estate and the Western United States.

Matt is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where he double-majored and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Eller College of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Regional Development from the School of Geography & Development.  Matt is also a member of CREDA

Outside of work, Matt likes to spend time with his wife and their three young children. He coaches his son’s Little League baseball team and is always there to cheer on his daughters at their dance recitals. In his spare time, Matt enjoys playing golf and softball.
