Kevin Brennan is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group. In this capacity, he directs all investment, operations, portfolio management, disposition, and development activity in the Midwest Region.
Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Kevin worked in the Capital Deployment Group at Prologis. While there, he was directly responsible for the evaluation and underwriting of industrial acquisition and development transactions throughout the Central Region of the United States. During the course of his career, Kevin has been involved in over $4 billion in industrial real estate transactions.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin. He is an active member of NAIOP and serves as a board member of the University of Wisconsin’s James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate.
Eric Clausen is Vice President of Asset Management for Brennan Investment Group. In this capacity, he is primarily responsible for management of the Group’s single tenant net lease portfolios, with locations throughout the United States.
Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Eric worked in joint venture asset management, acquisitions, and debt finance for Inland American Real Estate Trust, First Industrial Realty Trust, and Northwestern Investment Management. He has over 12 years’ experience as a portfolio investment manager in industrial and other major property types. Over this time, Eric has successfully managed multiple, mainly industrial, portfolios worth over $1 billion in combined value and has also been involved in $2.5 billion in new investments.
Eric earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University and his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Michigan State University.
Allen Crosswell is a Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group. He is responsible for industrial property transactions in Texas, with a focus on Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin.
Allen is a leader in the Houston real estate brokerage and investment community. He believes in the value of long-term relationships and that fair business dealings lead to repeat business. By employing this philosophy, he has gained the confidence of landowners, investors, brokers, and retailers within the real estate community and has produced consistent year-in and year-out results for his clients and investors in both the land brokerage and development arenas.
Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Allen was a co-founder of TGB Crosswell. He has a significant track record of identifying and executing successful raw land investment and development opportunities. His ability to pinpoint the key issues in a deal and to work through those issues in a way that is agreeable and even beneficial to all parties involved is a recurring theme in the transactions he has completed. He was also co-founder of Crosswell Torian Commercial Properties, LLC, which specialized in commercial land brokerage.
Allen received his Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Mississippi.
Rob Gage is a Senior Vice President at Brennan Investment Group and is responsible for the acquisition and development of industrial properties in North and South Carolina. Additionally, he oversees all operational activities within his region, including management and leasing.
Before joining Brennan Investment Group, Rob was vice president of development for AI. Neyer, a private developer of industrial, office, and medical office properties. In this role, Rob was responsible for the ground-up development of over $130 million of development projects in the Nashville, TN, area over the last several years. He has served as a senior vice president of leasing and sales for Proventure Commercial Real Estate, OakPoint Real Estate, and Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield), where he advised numerous local and Fortune 500 clients as well as institutional investors in real estate strategy, leasing, acquisition, and disposition. Throughout his career, he has completed over $1 billion in sales, leasing, and development transactions.
Rob is a native of the Carolinas and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC.

Scott Gibler is the Executive Director, Corporate Real Estate Solutions for Brennan Investment Group. He is based out of Denver but is responsible for national implementation of the CRES platform, calling on corporate America to creatively monetize and strategically structure operational efficiencies on an individual or portfolio basis.
Scott has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly in capital deployment, and asset management. Before joining Brennan Investment Group, he was the chief investment officer for a Denver-based private investment group with $1.4 billion in AUM. Prior to that, he was managing director for Broe Real Estate Group, a privately held national real estate investment group, and for 15 years, was managing director with Amstar Group, a private family office. During his tenure over the past 20 years, he has acquired, developed, and/or operated over $2.3 billion of commercial and industrial real estate in the U.S. and international markets.
Scott received his Bachelor of Science degree in finance and real estate from the University of Southern California.

Tod Greenwood is a Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group. He is responsible for industrial property transactions in Texas, with a focus on Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin.
Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Tod was the co-founder and manager of Trident Equity Partners. Prior to forming Trident, he worked in the industrial division of the Trammell Crow Company, where he was an industrial leasing broker from 1993 to 1998, focusing on landlord representation. In 1999, Tod was asked to run the industrial development program for the Houston office of Trammell Crow Company. As vice president for industrial development, he developed a variety of product types, including cross-dock, dock-high rear load, and bulk distribution buildings.
Tod graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Business degree and the University of Texas Graduate School of Business with a Master of Business Administration degree.
Tim Gudim is a Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group. He is responsible for industrial property investments in the Western United States, with a primary focus on Southern California.
Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Tim was Managing Director-West Region at First Industrial, where he expanded the company’s investment and development objectives and opened new regional offices in the major West Coast markets. During his tenure at First Industrial, he acquired portfolios and opened regional offices in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Portland while also acquiring properties in San Francisco. Over the course of a 31-year career, Tim has orchestrated over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions, in excess of 60 million square feet, spanning multiple Western regional markets, including Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Denver, Portland, and Phoenix.
Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
Matt Kay is a Vice President at Brennan Investment Group. In this capacity, his responsibilities include financial and market analysis of industrial, development, and single-tenant net lease acquisitions throughout the United States, with a focus on Midwest markets. Matt is also responsible for the sourcing of acquisitions, developments, and redevelopments in Michigan. While at Brennan Investment Group, he has assisted in the acquisition, development, and recapitalization of over $2.6 billion in transactions, totaling approximately 50 million square feet in over 20 different states.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University and is an active member of NAIOP. He is involved with charitable organizations such as the Young Associates Board of Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and the Chad Tough Foundation of C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital of Ann Arbor.
Bobby Krueger is an Associate in the Southeast Region for Brennan Investment Group. He is responsible for the due diligence and market analysis of industrial development and acquisitions in the Florida market.
Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Bobby was a vice president, fulfillment divisional leader in the Consumer Banking sector of Bank of America. He was responsible for leading a fulfillment division and the end-to-end process of a $1.2 billion consumer loan portfolio.
He graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate. He is a member of NAIOP and a licensed real estate associate in the State of Florida.
Robert Krueger is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group. Based in Tampa, he is responsible for industrial property transactions in Central Florida. Mr. Krueger is among the most accomplished industrial professionals in the Florida market, with 49 years of experience in construction, development, and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Krueger was the key executive in building First Industrial’s portfolio in Central Florida. During his tenure with First Industrial, Mr. Krueger acquired and developed over 5 million square feet of industrial and flex space in the Florida market. Before leaving First Industrial, Mr. Krueger was in charge of managing First Industrial’s Florida portfolio of nearly 3 million square feet, and 821 acres, in Tampa, Orlando and Miami. During his tenure with Brennan Investment Group, he has developed over 2 million square feet of industrial warehouse space and was named Developer of the Year in 2017 and 2019 by the NAIOP Tampa chapter and in 2021 was inducted into the NAIOP of Tampa Real Estate Hall of Fame. Mr. Krueger is an active member of the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC), NAIOP Build to Suit Forum and Leadership Tampa Bay. He is also a licensed real estate broker, a licensed professional engineer in Florida, Hawaii and Wisconsin, and holds a Florida Class A general contracting license. Mr. Krueger earned a Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering from Marquette University in 1972.
Doug Lance is Vice President at Brennan Investment Group and is responsible for the sourcing of acquisitions, developments, and redevelopments in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. He also oversees leasing on properties currently owned in these markets.
Doug has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly in acquisitions/dispositions as well as leasing and asset management of industrial real estate. Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, he was the market officer (Midwest) for Dalfen Industrial. He also served in prior engagements with Welsh Property Trust and First Industrial Realty Trust. Doug is skilled in maximizing value/property performance and successfully conducting all business development and leasing functions for multimarket, large portfolios.
Doug received his Bachelor of Science degree in real estate/marketing from the University of Cincinnati and is an active member of NAIOP and the University of Cincinnati Real Estate Roundtable organization.
Troy MacMane is a Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Brennan Investment Group and serves on the firm’s executive and investment committees. He is responsible for industrial property transactions in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.
Prior to forming Brennan Investment Group, Troy was the co-founder of Trident Equity Partners. He was previously regional director at First Industrial Realty Trust, where he was head of the company’s acquisition and development program in Texas. He began his career at CB Commercial in Houston and then joined Trammell Crow Company in Austin. He has acquired and developed over $5 billion of industrial assets, totaling over 50 million square feet and 825 acres of land, in his career. Troy was a recipient of a “Top Producer” award at First Industrial, and in 2007 he received First Industrial’s “Deal of the Year” award.
Troy graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and served on the board of directors for NAIOP.
Chris Massey is a Managing Principal for Brennan Investment Group. He is responsible for identifying and underwriting industrial property investments throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern United States.
Chris has 28 years of experience and over $4 billion of commercial real estate underwriting, acquisition, and asset management across the United States and Canada. Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting approximately $250 million of primarily office and industrial assets at Magnolia Partners. Previously, he was managing director of Gladstone Commercial Corporation, where he acquired over $180 million of single-tenant office and industrial assets encompassing 1.9 million square feet throughout the eastern half of the United States and Canada. Prior to Glanstone, he asset-managed a $400 million, 3.3 million square foot portfolio for Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel, now Bentall Green Oak. He started his real estate career at J.E. Robert Companies, acquiring and managing workouts of non-performing loans and REO assets.
Chris earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Tech and is active in the local community through his support of several charitable and social endeavors.
Luke McCarthy is a Vice President at Brennan Investment Group. Luke’s responsibilities include sourcing single-tenant net leased opportunities across the broader Midwest region, in addition to value-add, development, and single tenant net lease opportunities specifically within the Minneapolis and Milwaukee markets.
Luke graduated from the University of Iowa with Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in finance and economics.
Hildeberto Moreno is Vice President of Brennan Investment Group. In this capacity, he is responsible for the Texas border markets from El Paso to Brownsville. Moreno’s role will include sourcing investments and portfolio management.
Hildeberto has a strong background in industrial development, business development, and asset management. Before joining Brennan Investment Group, Hildeberto was Director of Land Development for Iron Horse in El Paso, where he was involved in dispositions and development. Prior to Iron Horse, Hildeberto served as Vice President at IDI Gazeley, overseeing development and construction for ten years in the West Texas/New Mexico regions. Earlier experience includes serving as Development Manager at ProLogis for industrial projects across the US-Mexican border.
Hildeberto holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Technological Institute of Sonora in Ciudad Obregon, Sonora. He also serves as a committee member on the Border Industrial Association and Mesilla Valley Economic Development Alliance.
Brian Roach is a Managing Principal for Brennan Investment Group and is based out of Denver. He is responsible for acquisition and development of industrial properties in Denver, Kansas City, Salt Lake City, and Phoenix.
Brian has nearly 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly in capital deployment and asset management. Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, he was senior managing director for the industrial development platform at the Pauls Corporation in Denver. Before that, he was senior vice president for DCT Industrial Trust (NYSE: DCT), a publicly traded industrial real estate investment trust. While at DCT, Brian led the Chicago office and was responsible for all capital deployment in the Chicago market. During his tenure, he acquired and developed approximately $400 million of industrial real estate.
Brian received his Bachelor of Science degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois.
