Amanda D. Moore

Amanda Moore is Vice President, Property Management at Brennan Investment Group. She is primarily responsible for managing a portfolio of 33 buildings, totaling over 2.5 million SF and 100 tenants in the Chicagoland area. Her duties include working closely with the leasing team for new deals and renewals, capital projects, including tenant and building improvements, budget creation, and day-to-day operations of the portfolio. She develops and maintains close relationships with tenants, ensuring lease responsibilities are being met, including collections, and she works closely with contractors to find ways to reduce operating costs across the portfolio. She also assists with developing new talent in the industry.

Amanda has over 13 years’ experience in the property management industry in suburban office, medical office, and industrial property management with both owner-operators and third-party management firms like Unico Properties and NAI Hiffman.
