Brad Johnson

Brad Johnson is a Senior Associate at Brennan Investment Group, Brad focuses on identifying, underwriting, and closing various property investments, including developments. He also plays a pivotal role in ongoing asset management and dispositions, aligning with BIG’s investment objectives. Additionally, Brad contributes to the direct sourcing of new investment opportunities in the vibrant Houston market.

Prior to Brennan, Brad was at Vigavi Realty in Houston, where he served as an Associate on their Development team, assisting in the due diligence of new developments and prospective land sites, financial analyses, and development project coordination.  Previously before Vigavi, Brad worked for Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Financial Analyst, and prior to that he served as an Asset Management Analyst at Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, a JLL company, where his primary role was to service PPM America.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Business Administration from Baylor University, and he furthered his education with a Master’s in Business Administration with a Certificate in Real Estate from the University of Houston Bauer Business School.
