Brendan Fahey

Brendan Fahey is an Investment Analyst at Brennan Investment Group. In this role, he supports the discovery, underwriting, and organization of property acquisitions across the Mountain West and Western regions, as well as the Corporate Real Estate and Build-to-Suit departments. His responsibilities include evaluating investment opportunities, conducting market research, preparing financial models, managing deal pipelines, underwriting new investments and dispositions using ARGUS and Excel, and creating Executive Summaries and Investment Memorandums.

Brendan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Notre Dame.
