Candice Cushman

Candice Cushman serves as Senior Property Manager at Brennan Investment Group, where she supports the Houston market and oversees a portfolio of industrial properties. Working closely with the property management and operations teams, she is responsible for driving asset performance, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of Brennan’s industrial portfolio.

With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, Candice Cushman has managed a diverse range of industrial, office, flex, retail, and mixed-use properties throughout the Houston market. Known for her hands-on approach and relationship-driven style, she brings extensive experience in property operations, financial management, capital projects, vendor management, and tenant relations, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and creating long-term value for ownership groups.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Candice served as Senior Property Manager at Holt Lunsford Commercial, where she managed complex portfolios on behalf of multiple ownership groups and led strategic initiatives focused on operational efficiency and asset performance.

Candice is a licensed Texas real estate professional and is currently pursuing her RPA® (Real Property Administrator) designation through BOMA. She is proficient in several industry-leading platforms, including MRI, Yardi, and SAP.

Outside of work, Candice enjoys traveling and creating lasting memories with her daughters. A passionate reader and lifelong learner, she is rarely without a book in hand and enjoys exploring topics ranging from leadership and business to personal growth. Her curiosity, love of learning, and relationship-driven mindset extend beyond her personal life and into the way she serves clients, tenants, and ownership groups.
