Connor White

Connor White is a Leasing Associate at Brennan Investment Group. Connor supports the operations and asset management of the Midwest region. Primary functions of Connor’s role includes preparing and updating financial models for existing assets and portfolios; assisting with preparation and review of asset and portfolio-level annual budgets and strategic business plans for internal and external partners; and managing leasing activity on an assigned portfolio, including negotiation of leases and performing marketing activities to attract tenants and brokers to available spaces.

Connor began his career at Cushman and Wakefield in St. Louis where he served as a Lease Analyst, auditing and preparing up to 25 lease abstracts per week for properties nationwide. More recently Connor served as an Assistant Property Manager at NAI Hiffman, where he completed monthly reporting, monitored expenses to ensure properties operated within budget, and assisted with preparing and entering budgets.

Connor received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, where his studies had an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate.
