Daniel Smith

Daniel Smith is a Vice President at Brennan Investment Group and is responsible for the sourcing of acquisitions, developments, and redevelopments across the Chicago, Milwaukee, and Minneapolis markets.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Daniel was a Director of Acquisitions at Bridge Industrial in Chicago, where he was primarily responsible for underwriting, development, and leasing for Bridge’s portfolio across the Chicago market. Prior to Bridge, Daniel worked at JLL in their Corporate Finance & Net Lease group where he was responsible for investment advisory and disposition in the office, industrial, retail, and medical sectors across the United States.

Daniel is a graduate of the University of Iowa where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and an undergraduate minor from the Iowa Writers’ Workshop. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals.
