Dean Farley

Dean Farley is Brennan Investment Group’s Senior Counsel. In his capacity, Mr. Farley provides full service in acquisitions and dispositions as well as in construction and development matters.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Farley served as Special Counsel at Much Shelist, P.C., for the last five years in the firm’s real estate practice (transactional and litigation) and construction area. Dean negotiated and managed over $175M in annual real estate transactions at the firm for large property owners across the country, encompassing acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing as well as providing owner-side support for loan workout and special transactions. Prior to that role Dean served as an Attorney for several years at Riordan, Fulkerson, Hupert & Coleman, a firm focused on construction law and commercial real estate matters.

Mr. Farley earned his B.A in Finance and Economics from Loras College, and his J.D. from University of Illinois Chicago School of Law.
