Drew Wieteska

Drew Wieteska serves as a Leasing Associate on Brennan Investment Group’s Midwest Operations team, based at the company’s headquarters in Rosemont, Illinois. In this role, Drew performs leasing functions and drives occupancy across Brennan’s Chicago and greater Midwest industrial portfolio. He also collaborates with the broader Operations team to support Brennan’s mission of delivering operational excellence throughout the region.

Before joining Brennan, Drew was a Commercial Leasing Associate with First Midwest Group in Rockford, Illinois, where he represented landlord interests in marketing and leasing a diverse portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties. Earlier in his career, he served as an Advisor at TMG Real Estate Advisors, contributing to more than 500,000 square feet of lease and purchase transactions for corporate clients through site selection, market analysis, and financial evaluation. Drew began his professional journey at RedStar Property Partners as a Real Estate Associate, where he helped manage the physical and financial performance of multifamily properties throughout the Chicagoland area.

Drew earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, with a dual emphasis in Finance/Banking and Real Estate from the Trulaske College of Business.
