Harrison Wright

Harrison Wright is a Senior Associate for Corporate Real Estate in the Rosemont office. Harrison helps manage the CRES business platform on a national scale. Harrison is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing new acquisition opportunities to increase Brennan’s overall portfolio. He has asset management/leasing responsibility for existing properties within the platform’s current portfolio and for those subsequently acquired through the CRES platform.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Harrison was a broker at Sperry Van Ness in Chicago, where he was primarily responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and negotiating industrial sales and leasing opportunities across the Chicago market. Prior to SVN, Harrison worked at InSite Real Estate in their build-to-suit program, where he was responsible for the acquisition and asset management of retail and industrial projects across the United States.

Harrison graduated from Indiana University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. In addition, Harrison graduated from DePaul University with a master’s degree in real estate. Harrison is an active member of NAIOP, REIA, and ULI.
