Hildeberto Moreno

Hildeberto Moreno serves as Texas Border Consultant to Brennan Investment Group, advising on the firm’s’ efforts to invest in industrial real estate in Texas border markets from El Paso to Brownsville.

Hildeberto also serves as Vice President, IHR Development, and Director of Business Development at Ironhorse Resources, an industrial rail park developer and logistics operator.

Hildeberto brings extensive experience in industrial development, business development, and asset management. At Ironhorse Resources, he has worked on land development & business development. Previously, he spent ten years as Vice President at IDI Gazeley, overseeing asset management, leasing, development and construction in South Texas, New Mexico, Tamaulipas, Nuevo Leon & Chihuahua. Earlier in his career, he managed industrial development projects along the U.S.–Mexico border at ProLogis.

Hildeberto holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Technological Institute of Sonora in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora. He serves on committees for the Border Industrial Association and the Mesilla Valley Economic Development Alliance.
