Hugh Brennan

Hugh Brennan is an Investment Analyst at Brennan Investment Group, based in the Brennan’s Headquarters in Rosemont, IL. In this role, Hugh supports the Florida, Atlanta, Carolinas, and Nashville regions. His responsibilities include underwriting property acquisitions and developments, conducting market research, preparing financial models, managing regional deal pipelines, and assisting in the acquisition due diligence and closing processes.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group full-time, he interned with the company, gaining hands-on experience with the Investment Underwriting & Due Diligence and Capital Markets teams. During his internship, he assisted regional teams on due diligence for new acquisitions, prepared post-close checklists, underwrote project-level returns, and supported the sourcing and organization of debt and equity partnerships.  Hugh also gained valuable industry experience through an internship with CBRE’s Capital Markets team in Chicago, specializing in ground leases and sale-leasebacks. His diverse background and analytical skills make him a strong asset to Brennan Investment Group’s growing investment team.
