Jack Brennan

Jack Brennan serves as Managing Principal at Brennan Investment Group, overseeing the acquisition and development of industrial properties across the Midwest Region. With over 12 years of experience in commercial real estate, Jack brings a wealth of expertise in industrial property sales, leasing, land transactions, site selection, speculative construction, and investment sales.

Before joining Brennan Investment Group, Jack held the role of Senior Vice President at CBRE, where he co-led a six-person industrial landlord and tenant representation team. During his tenure, he successfully managed over $1B in transactions nationwide. Jack’s exceptional performance earned him numerous accolades, including CBRE’s RISE-ING Star Award, Chicago Circle Award, and recognition on CBRE’s Top Global Producers List in 2023.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance and English from the University of Dayton. His deep industry relationships and proven track record make him a valuable asset in driving growth and success in the Midwest Region for Brennan Investment Group.
