Keith Hartley

Keith Hartley serves as Director, Head of Technology at Brennan Investment Group, based in Rosemont. He leads the firm’s technology strategy, operations, modernization efforts, and emerging AI initiatives focused on improving efficiency, enhancing decision-making, and advancing the firm’s data landscape.

Keith brings more than 15 years of experience leading technology organizations within the commercial real estate and financial services sectors. Prior to joining Brennan, he served as Global Manager of Enterprise Systems at Cboe Global Markets and held technology leadership roles at Harrison Street Real Estate and GCM Grosvenor.

Throughout his career, Keith has focused on bridging the gap between technology and the business. He is known for his collaborative, relationship-driven approach and for leveraging technology to simplify operations, strengthen business capabilities, and create scalable, sustainable solutions that support long-term growth.
