Lisa Thomas

Lisa Thomas is a Property Manager on our Midwest Operations Team in the Memphis region. Lisa is responsible for the overall operation and financial success of 27 properties in the Memphis industrial market.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Lisa most recently served as a Senior Real Estate Manager at CBRE where she developed and maintained strong business relationships with tenants, vendors and the local business community. She was responsible for the daily operations of multiple tenant Class A office properties including supervision of building staff, contract administration, lease administration, property inspections, and assisting in leasing efforts. Lisa is also skilled in the preparation of annual operating and capital budgets, monthly ownership reporting packages, and annual escalation billings. In her career Lisa spent several years at both CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield; she brings key property management expertise to BIG as we expand our presence into TN, and she is excited to come to work on the ownership side of real estate.

Lisa earned her RPA from BŌMĪ International in 2015 and served on the BOMA Memphis Board of Directors for 5 years (1/2015-12/2019). Served as the BOMA Memphis Education Committee Chair from 2013-2014 and 2020-present.
