Luke McCarthy

Luke McCarthy is a Senior Vice President at Brennan Investment Group. Luke leads the sourcing of single-tenant net lease (STNL) investments and sale-leaseback opportunities across the United States. In addition to identifying and executing new investment opportunities, Luke oversees the asset management and monetization of Brennan’s STNL portfolio, ensuring maximum value and performance.

Luke’s career at Brennan Investment Group began as an Acquisitions Intern and quickly advanced through the roles of Analyst, Associate, Senior Associate, and Vice President. Prior to joining the STNL platform, Luke played a key role on Brennan’s Midwest team, contributing to the underwriting of transactions totaling more than $1.6 billion.

Luke graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and economics.
