Mary Trujillo

Mary Trujillo is a Property Manager at Brennan Investment Group in our Florida region. Mary is responsible for the overall operations of Brennan’s Deerfield Beach property.

Mary comes to Brennan Investment Group from Seyon Management, a Boston-based company for whom she managed triple net commercial properties across Broward County, FL totaling over 250k sf. At Seyon she formulated and managed annual budgets, prepared both monthly and quarterly financial reports, handled AR collections, facilitated service contracts for all vendors, and engaged directly with all tenants to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Prior to Seyon, Mary spent three years as an Assistant Property Manager at CBRE where she managed a combination of office, retail, and warehouse space totaling about 1.5m sf. In that role, Mary worked closely with leasing brokers and interfaced directly with asset managers for institutional owners. Prior to CBRE Mary also worked at Cushman & Wakefield as well as The Hogan Group.
