Matt Price

Matt Price is a Property Manager on our Midwest Operations Team in the Rosemont office.  He is responsible for managing a portion of the Midwest Team’s portfolio consisting of 20 buildings, totaling close to 1 million SF and 87 tenants in the Chicagoland area.  His duties include working closely with the leasing team for new deals and renewals, capital projects, including tenant and building improvements, budget creation, and day-to-day operations of the portfolio.  He develops and maintains close relationships with tenants, ensuring lease responsibilities are being met, including collections, and he works closely with contractors to find ways to reduce operating costs across the portfolio.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Matt comes to us from Colliers where he served as a Property Assistant for the past 2.5 years; in that role Matt assisted with the third-party management of 30+ industrial assets (as well as a few office assets) across seven clients. He also served well there as a liaison between the clients and tenants and oversaw capital improvement projects on behalf of the clients and tenants.

Matt earned his BS in Finance from Butler University – Lacy School of Business.
