Michael Ninivaggi

Michael Ninivaggi is an Associate at Brennan Investment Group’s Denver office. In this role, Michael is involved in various facets of Brennan’s industrial platform, including investment underwriting and asset management. His primary responsibilities include investment analysis, asset management, and due diligence across the Mountain West region, West Coast region, CRES platform, and Build-to-Suit platform.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Michael was a long-term intern in the Corporate Real Estate Solutions platform while pursuing his Master of Business Administration. He earned his MBA with an emphasis in Real Estate from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Utah.

Michael is also an active member of NAIOP.
