Michael Ninivaggi

Michael Ninivaggi is an Investment Analyst in the Denver office.  In his capacity, Michael assists in the discovery, underwriting and organization of property acquisitions and developments in the CRES platform, Mountain West region, West Coast region and Build-to-Suit. His responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, and market analysis.

Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, Michael was a long-term intern in Brennan’s Corporate Real Estate Solutions platform, while he was pursuing his Master of Business Administration at the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder. Michael earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah in Information Systems. Michael is an active member of NAIOP.
