Ryan Coury

Ryan Coury serves as Asset Management Analyst at Brennan Investment Group, supporting the firm’s national Operations platform. In this role, Ryan plays a vital part in centralizing asset management functions, helping to standardize policies, procedures, and Brennan’s Operating Principles across all regional teams. He collaborates cross-functionally with both the Midwest Leasing team and other operations personnel on special projects and strategic initiatives.

Ryan’s core responsibilities include analyzing and reporting on property and portfolio performance, contributing to the development and refinement of leasing and property management procedures, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency firmwide. His efforts are key to ensuring consistency and excellence across Brennan’s growing national portfolio.

Before joining Brennan Investment Group, Ryan was a Brokerage Analyst at Stream Realty Partners in Phoenix, where he supported industrial and office leasing teams. In that role, he provided analytical and marketing support, assisted in the development of new business relationships, and gathered key data on institutional assets. Earlier in his career, he interned with JLL Technologies in Atlanta, focusing on market research and strategic support for senior leadership.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, with minors in Real Estate and Sports, Media, and Culture.
