Sue Taramelli

Sue Taramelli is the Portfolio Operations Coordinator for the Single Tenant Net Lease Team of Brennan Investment Group. She is primarily responsible for the management of insurance compliance for the portfolio, including obtaining tenants’ current insurance coverage, ensuring compliance with lease and loan requirements, and working with the company’s insurance agent to ensure appropriate coverage is procured and maintained. Her duties also include property management, lease administration, and administration of tenants’ lease requirements.

Sue has over 20 years of experience as a real estate professional at First Industrial Realty Trust and at Cushman & Wakefield, where she gained extensive insurance, property management, leasing, marketing, and lease administration experience.

Sue earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University, her paralegal certificate from Roosevelt University, and is an Illinois-licensed real estate broker.
