Lauren Baroevich

Lauren Baroevich is the Portfolio Operations Coordinator for the Single Tenant Net Lease Team at Brennan Investment Group. In her role, she supports the day-to-day operations of a national portfolio by overseeing property operations, lease administration, insurance compliance, tenant billing accuracy, real estate tax administration, and the coordination of tenant lease obligations. She works with both internal teams and tenants to help ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service across the portfolio.

Lauren brings several years of commercial real estate experience in property management, lease administration, insurance compliance, and property accounting. After joining Brennan Investment Group in 2023 as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, she was promoted to Portfolio Operations Coordinator, where she continues to expand her expertise and contribute to the success of the team. Prior to Brennan, Lauren held positions with Jones Lang LaSalle and Waterton, building a strong foundation in managing real estate operations and delivering high-quality client service. Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Indiana University Bloomington. Outside of work, she owns and operates a small travel planning business, where she helps friends and family build memorable travel experiences around the world.
