Tim Donohue

Tim Donohue is Senior Asset Manager at Brennan Investment Group. Tim comes to Brennan Investment Group from Entre Asset Management, where he was the director of asset management and brought a portfolio of approximately one million square feet of assets to grow their third-party managed portfolio.

Prior to joining Entre, Tim was managing broker at CTK Asset Services, where he handled property management, leasing, and marketing for a portfolio of retail, industrial, and office properties while also representing both industrial and retail businesses in their real estate endeavors.

Tim has been working in the commercial real estate industry since 1986. As a leasing director for the Shidler Group, he was part of the team that launched First Industrial Realty Trust in 1994. His career experience includes property management, leasing, asset and portfolio management, acquisitions, dispositions, and development. As an officer of a large publicly traded REIT, Tim directed the Midwest Region portfolio of assets that totaled over $400 million in value at its peak. In 2003, as one of two partners, he launched Gallagher Realty, a real estate investment and consulting company, where he syndicated and structured various investments in the acquisition and development of multiple industrial, retail, and office properties.

Throughout his career, Tim has managed a variety of property types, including a portfolio of 86 industrial properties with revenues of over $40 million, and participated in the execution of more than 10 million square feet of leases. He has directed the acquisition of over $200 million in real property assets and completed the sale of over $100 million of real property assets. He has worked in the development of over $100 million in new buildings, including the acquisition of over 200 acres of land.

Tim is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University.
