Victor Segrest

Victor Segrest is a Senior Vice President at Brennan Investment Group and is responsible for the acquisition and development of industrial properties in Atlanta, Savannah and Memphis. Additionally, he oversees all operational activities in his markets, including leasing and management.

Before joining Brennan Investment Group, Victor was a Senior Director in the industrial group for Franklin Street in Atlanta, Georgia. In Atlanta, he has worked for several leading industrial development firms and brokerage firms including Industrial Development International (IDI), M.D. Hodges, CBRE, and Lee & Associates.  Over the course of his career, he has executed $1.1 billion in leasing, sales, and development transactions. His notable assignments include the disposition of the 13 million-square-foot Blackstone industrial portfolio in Atlanta.

Victor earned his B.S. in Building Construction from the College of Architecture, Design and Construction at Auburn University and his M.B.A. in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. Victor lives in Sandy Springs, Georgia and is active in the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association.
